My belief: If you are going to do something, do it right. I thrive in perfection and coupled with a flair for design, I only create pieces of jewellery that I would be thrilled to wear and enjoy myself.

The norm to me is to always adorn jewellery. My passion for fashion was “bred” into me. It is important to always look good and to have the right accessories.

My introduction to ‘beading’ was when I entered a bead shop and was fascinated with all the beauty and colour surrounding me. I started stringing simple necklaces, bracelets and creating rather interesting earrings for family and friends. In no time, I had requests for personalised pieces for either themselves or as gifts.

Family and friends persistently asked me to hold a ‘Jewellery Party’ to purchase more pieces and to introduce my unique jewellery to their friends. It was obvious then, that I hold my first ‘Party’ and with that, what goes hand in hand, was to set up ‘Yollie’s’.

My creations are strictly costume jewellery, using Swarovski pearls, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, exotic beads and crystals.
